The discussion develops around the closest relationships, and this is how the football field becomes a dress to wear, a tailored suit,  ceremonial attire. The clothes are hand-made with fake grass fabric and decorated with the same graphic that marks the midfield, given the material it is not easy to wear them. It takes patience, caution, wearing it means entering the part, assuming the specific responsibilities that this dress / field entails. The design is recomposed in its entirety only when the couple who wear them are side by side. In the video that gives the title to this exhibition, the artist and his wife wear the clothes / field and occupy the centre of the scene surrounded by relatives of both family groups: all together, lined up in a horizontal row, they form a choir and sing Liverpool’s football anthem: You’ll never walk alone.   Catalogue text.

You’ll never walk alone.
