A picnic with friends and locals under one of the concrete bridges that were built in the Fascist period, along the SS 106 of Calabria and whose architectural form represents the letter “M”, initial of Mussolini.
Via a photomontage the letter of the bridge infrastructure is superimposed by the yellow “M” of the Mc Donald’s brand. The two letters so associated represent two forms of dictatorship, the second of which, with the power of globalization, has managed to overcome the obstacles and resistances of a land difficult to reach and to disrupt customs and traditions.

Un picnic con amici e persone del luogo sotto uno dei ponti di cemento che furono costruiti durante il fascismo lungo la statale 106 della Calabria e la cui forma architettonica rappresenta la lettera “emme” (m), iniziale di Mussolini.
Attraverso un fotomontaggio la lettera dell’infrastruttura del ponte viene sovrapposta allaM di colore giallo del marchio Mc Donald’s. Le due lettere così associate rappresentano due forme di dittatura, la seconda delle quali, con la forza della globalizzazione, è riuscita a superare gli ostacoli e le resistenze di una terra difficilmente raggiungibile, e a stravolgerne usanze e tradizioni.
